  • Married 36 years to the former Beth Surdey of Johnson City, New York. Beth is an Associate Professor in Business Information Technology at Broome Community College. The Mollens have two children, Jennifer (31) and Michael (28)
  • Member of St. Vincent DePaul Roman Catholic Church, Vestal, New York
  • Plays golf, reads autobiographies, history and books concerning current affairs, follows college and professional sports and enjoys being a grandfather
